Name: Riza Hawkeye
Fandom: FullMetal Alchemist
Timeline Summary: Taken from shortly after the death of Lust in Chapter 39. She has broken into one of the labs in Central with Lt. Havoc, Col. Mustang, and Alphonse Elric. After splitting up and heading off with Alphonse they find Barry the Chopper in front of some Gates with his body. Not too much later, Lust finds them and destroys Barry's armor and tells her that Mustang is dead. Riza looses her cool and in tears, she fires all the ammunition she has at the homunculus and prepares to die. That's when she finds out that Mustang is indeed alive and after being ordered never to do that again, she helps Roy get to the hospital so that he can recover.
Personality:At first glance, Riza is a strict, no nonsense woman without a sense of humor. This isn’t exactly the way she acts all the time, but rather a front that she projects so that no one can see the trouble that she often has when she is alone. Only her closest friends really know what goes on in her head when she decides not to tell anyone what is bothering her. Since she grew up with very few friends, Riza has a hard time opening up to others and there are things about her past that she refuses to talk about.
Riza is very strict about following any rules and regulations set down by those above her, but she does make exceptions for things. She also is very strict on meeting deadlines. She will often pester Roy about making sure that all of his paperwork is filled out and filed properly and on time, often by threat of gunfire or by bribery of some sort. Despite her strict adherence to rules and regulations, she won’t hesitate to break them if one of her friends are in danger.
Riza is incredibly loyal to those she considers her friends and will do anything, even if it means getting hurt or even costing her life, in order to protect her students as well as her friends. She will keep any secret told to her. She also won’t hesitate to knock someone on their ass if it means that they won’t do something that could hurt themselves. She would rather sacrifice herself than see those she cares for sacrifice themselves.
Not many people actually get to see her softer side. Riza has an extreme fondness for dogs, having a black Shiba Inu named Black Hayate as a pet. She does what she can to keep Roy from bribing her dog, but allowing him to give Black Hayate the occasional treat. She smiles more around Roy and Hughes, the two people that know her the best and often ignores Hughes’ questions as to why she and Roy haven’t started dating or why they’re not married yet.
Riza often keeps a lot of things to herself, only talking about them with Roy and the rest of 'his crew', since they all share a common goal. She considers Havoc, Fuery, Falman and Breda to be her family of sorts and she would do anything for them. However, her feelings for Roy are a bit different. She won’t admit that she loves Roy, only admitting that he’s a good friend. She has a lot of respect for all of the men and she will do what she can to help them all out whenever they might need her. She considers Roy’s dream her own and will do what she can to help make it come true, no matter the cost or how long it will take.
Abilities: Riza has no magical abilities and she isn't a state alchemist. She is however, an excellent shot and able to hit nearly any target, even if it's moving. It's rare that she misses a shot. She has deadly accuracy and won't hesitate to make a killing shot if she thinks it's needed.

Hello? Hello? Is this thing working? I guess it is. My name is Lt. Riza Hawkeye. I'm looking for Colonel Roy Mustang or Edward Elric. If anyone can tell me where to find them, I would be grateful.
[There's a soft sigh.]
I also need to know where I can buy a firearm. Mine was taken when I woke up in this place.
Third Person:Riza woke up with a soft groan. She wasn’t sure what exactly happened. She had been walking towards Havoc’s room in the hospital and the next thing she knew she had blacked out and woke up in some strange hospital-like place and had been given a package with her uniform in it and a few other odd things. She had never seen things like the communication device and the cards confused her. She would need to find her way around this place, but first she needed to find out about where she was and if any of her friends were there as well.
“Havoc, Mustang,” she said the names quietly as she looked out the window and changed into her uniform. She also had to find a new sidearm. Her holster was there, but the pistol that was in it was gone. Whoever had brought her here must have taken it. Either they did it to everyone or they knew her skills with a gun. Gathering information was her first priority. She needed to know about this place and if she could find any of her friends.
Once she was finished changing, she gathered up what was left and headed out. She needed to find out where the card with the address took her and then find out more about this city. The doctor told her nothing; instead he left her with more questions. She needed to get back to Central. There was a lot to do and a short amount of time to do it in.
