GAH WHY IS NEW YEAR'S IN THE WINTER?!?!
It was realllly cold and realllly crowded in the Square. We (meaning me, my parents and about half of the 40 000 people there) were actually stuck on the ice skating rink in the back. It started to snow, and all the body heat made it melt before it hit the ground, so I got soaked. I ended up next to this family from South Africa and they were so amazed by the snow. They had me take a picture of them next to a pile of it :P Besides the large amount of young children, there was alot of pot and swearing. My parents were horrified.
Concert= good. They had Roz Bell, Jdiggz and the Plain White Tee's. Jdiggz was...weird. He really wasn't very good. But Roz and the Tee's were very good. After the countdown they brought out the We Will Rock You cast, which was a surprise. I was freezing so I left without seeing them. You could hear them for the next five blocks though, so no loss. Along with the super loud music, every single car was honking like crazy when we were leaving. Whether it was because it was New Year's or because everyone was cutting off the drivers in the street, I don't know.
I'm glad to be home now.
