I am home for the weekend.
My mom called up Roy's and ordered me dinner tonight, but she had me go pick it up.
I got in the car and turned it on...and turned on the radio just as Fall Out Boy was starting to play on 92 Moose. (I know, who even knew that station still existed?!?)
As I was driving to pick up my cheeseburgers I almost started crying.
Being home reminds me of summer. This summer was amazing.
Roy's makes me think of Nicole.
Driving makes me think of Christina.
Sugar We're Goin' Down makes me think of Joel.
Being in Auburn makes me think of EVERYONE ELSE.
And as much fun I am having at school with all my lovely new friends, part of me wishes that it was summer again. And that we could take road trips to Panera, and rock out to Fall Out Boy, and take 9 hour car rides to The Warped Tour, and play Scrabble until our brains hurt, and buy blizzards with chocolate ice cream and reese's peanut butter cups, and go to Ground Round to harass Gould and eat chicken club salads, and watch armageddon, and go to denny's, and go through the wendy's drive through 3 times in 10 minutes, and meet gavin, and see avril, and spend hours in cars playing ridiculous games, and go swimming, and ROCKSTRONG, and watch big brother, and go to Roy's, and buy belts at Goodwill, and go bowling, and buy cheeseburgers and McFlurry's at midnight, and do scavenger hunts, and go to Boston to see amazing shows, and eat an entire box of Krispy Kreme, and go to the mall to see The Click Five and get autograph posters, and find gay street, and take amtrak, and sit in coffee shops at UNH and then get lost on campus, and just be young and careless.
I think that I miss people. Oops.
Coming home is bad for me. I get all reminiscent.
