Everything about this fic is wonderful. The imagery, the subtlety, the dialogue and the nuances...everything.

I had fun with this one. And even *I* went "Aww!" with Zuko's whole seeing Mai crying and then going, "Oh. .___.;"

Mai was a pain in the butt for this one, though. She was mad at me for ever showing anyone that she cried.

I know I already said this in chat, but this fic is super cute and I <3 it forever. Mai and Zuko as kids is adorable. You had the characterization spot on, too. *reads it again*

Zuko and Mai come easy for me, though Zuko more than Mai. I try to picture what I write as an episode in my head.

It's a great thing for a storyteller to know that his/her piece was great enough to read more than once. <3
