Just so you know, my PC doesn't come with a Windows boot disk or a Windows OS CD. Hewlett Packard is crap like that. It just has a whole HDD loaded with Windows XP system with its factory settings, and you need to create two backup disks for that HDD, then if you want to reformat the PC, you can either run the disks or HP recovery console will copy the files from that HDD to C drive.
I was unable to run chkdsk from the recovery console, so I ran chkdsk on the command prompt as soon as I reformatted the PC. It recovered some missing files on the first attempt.
Now I'm just waiting to see when the Internet will die on me, thanks to the Generic Host for Win32 Services process.
Edit: I turned off my automatic updates and... Generic Host Process error stopped popping up.
It's like someone tapped on my Pc with a magic wand and... w00t!
