What if.

Hello there everyone. Wish I could say the migraine was gone, but it is still here fullforce. Hopefully the catscan on Friday will tell all, in the meantime no sense worrying.

Due to the illness, the party will be postponed until next weekend, I will have a date up soon. Probably Saturday of next week that way we can hit the clubs afterward. Sound good?

This post is for a good friend of mine who recently told me they were second guessing themselves a lot and wondering about what their purpose was. I call this post what if.

What if? A question we all ask ourselves on a daily basis. The reality is, we can never know everything. Every action, every inaction, every decision made, and every opportunity passed by, all inevitably effect us in the end. But the end is something we can never know anything about. If we possessed some magical ability to predict our futures than maybe living would be a lot easier, but I can assure you it would be a lot more boring.

I say good job, to those of you who question if you are doing the right thing, congratulations. Those of us who have the ability to realize that everything we do has a ripple effect, will better serve this Earth. Because we have consideration. Considerate of ourselves, and most importantly of others.

Whether or not we find out our true calling, our purpose for living, our mission in life is questionable. For the most part we will never know how things could have turned out differently, but there is one thing we can rest easy with. If you question your actions, if you second-guess yourself than you are fulfilling everybody's true calling, the gift of learning. Every experience, every heartache, every friendship, every choice, every word we say or do eventually serves as a learning experience. Those who go through life always content, always feeling they have done the right thing, always refusing to question, they are living a lie, they sure aren't learning, and they are naive to the fact that life isn't perfect, but perfection is just a word, like the word "love" those are entities not solid fixtures that are unchangable. The words perfection and love are what you choose them to be. You create your own perfection and love in this world, and those feelings can't be defined.

So is it healthy to question yourself, your existence, your life? Yes, Lindsey, it ver much is. If you didn't you wouldn't be "normal", just make sure that during all of this questioning one thing is happening, the action of learning.
