Another one of those spending days ...
Today I rocked on ebay! I've been waiting to buy a treadmill but they go from $105.00 to $900.00 in about 3 minutes so I decided to go for one closing early afternoon when most upstanding citizens are at work ... and I got one for $565.00! I only made one bid - 20 seconds before close. Damn I love a good ebay high :D
Then ville_lady came over, tested the Key Lime Pie and didn't die so we headed off to the Metro to do charitable good works. Ok so we went shopping and put together a gift bag of goods for a teenage girl and an older woman to be donated to a particular charity. Little Miss Eden decided to act up a bit so we hightailed it out of there ... but she blew me a kiss as they drove off so all is well with the world :)
In other I really need to go back to work news: I really, really REALLY need to learn to let go - there is so much junk in this house!! Every time I look at something I'm like Oh yes, I really need to keep that invitation to my sister's 40th birthday party in Cairns ... it's so Bollywood - WTF? I have photo's from the night. Move on!
I'm not the only offender - suit_dude's collection of The Face magazine from the 90's needs to go too :)
If I could just get organised and set up a mini garage sale every few weeks ... let's face it - I don't do much else with my Saturdays these days :)
