I love babies because they don't move much. You don't have to worry about them colouring in the walls, crayoning the carpets, cutting out the curtains with the safety scissors that come with art sets (like I gave to my 4y/old niece this weekend for her birthday ( Read more... )

Yes, I could handle my (bizarrely well behaved) niece - it was so out of character for her to be adorable AND well behaved at the same time .. it was the two other kids I was worried about.

a) they were not related by blood
b) one of them was one of those 'bubble' babies - allergic to most foods :(

I was scared!

I would do anything for my nieces ...
