Okay, a quick recap of the year, since there was actual sewing! I'll admit right here and now that most of the pictures are nabbed from others, and if I remember who took it I've credited. But anyway!
We'll start with March and dress that wasn't (entirely) sewn this year, but it was finally finished this year, three years after I started it. My Poe gown: I put the velvet collar on and the white eyelet to fill in the neckline over the plaid. I need a better picture of it, The only one I have is of after the event, when I'd already taken my hair down.
Next was Dress U, which I made two completely new gowns for, and did a quick bit of work on a third.
The Titanic dinner gown, or as I've been thinking of it, the Peacock Court Gown. I really love this gown, it's so over the top and fun to wear, with that giant train. I also made the beaded Juliet cap to go with it, and of course a corset under it.
I also made my green striped natural form outfit for the Mad Tea Party, but I can't take credit for that hat. That came from the Blonde Swan last year at Costume Con.
I also poofed up the overskirt for my strawberries and cream gown. but I admit it's only safety pinned, so it's not technically sewn.
After that came the outfit I made but was too sick to wear at the Jazz Age Lawn party, but I will be there next summer. I've replaced the white sash with a rose ribbon to match the flowers, but I don't have any other pictures yet.
After that was Belvidere Victorian Days, and my yellow sheer plaid. Again, I don't have a full shot of this outfit, even though I wore it again for Halloween. I really need to do better with pictures.

For the PA Renn Faire in October I made a black wool partlet to go over my linen gown, and I also made (half of) a silk embroidered pouch.
I also made a pair of stays for use at Pennsbury Manor, using the 1680 pattern in Corsets and Crinolines, though I don't have a picture of them finished either. I still haven't bound them, actually, I want to make a couple tweaks to them now that I've worn them a few times.
Then came sadivale 's Pumpkin Tea! I made three things for this, a plain white bodiced petticoat, a drawstring striped gauze gown, and the gold brocade crossover robe.

padawansguide The last of the year's sewing was all on the smaller scale. I made two embroidered pieces to use at Pennsbury Manor, or anything else that might need them. The first is a small wallet, done in a flamestitch pattern I charted from a pocketbook in the OSV museum just big enough to fit my ID and some cash, not even my phone, and the second is a pinball in a flamestitch carnation pattern I charted based off several wallets with the same basic pattern.
And the last thing is the silk purse I just finished.
The only thing not pictured at all here is the 3/4 gown and petticoat I made for my mom to use at Pennsbury, but I will get that soon. Ish.
And that is 2012 for me!
