Saturdays...

Oct 08, 2011 13:57

I'm at a loss because my parents will both be out tonight and tromana is going to be working so I won't have anyone to keep me company for the rest of the day right up until I go to bed. Except my cat, but he hardly provides stimulating conversation.

So now I'm wondering, what do YOU do on a Saturday?

I'd quite like a run through of your average Saturday ( Read more... )

That sounds an awful lot like my days, except the planning to go study part and I very very rarely go out, lol.

What do you do if noone is around to chat to?

Study, write, clean, bake. That's what I do. And lots of TV and computer time.

Sounds good! Have you been baking today? What goodies are we to be jealous of you for making? :P

Oooh, carrot cake is very popular. What is your best baking? Aka, what do you make the best?

Haha, I love your icon!!!

Fleamarkets sound fun, I wish I had a car then I could go to random places like that.

Your cat likes watercolour? Such crazy cats exist in this world.

That's really good that you can cycle to them, I wish I could get a bike and use it more, but I'm scared to ride on the road and they don't really want you not riding on the road.

Wow, your cat really does. Perhaps she has Pica, which was in a newspaper recently because it was talking about a little girl who really liked eating bricks and lightbulbs. Basically a condition where you like to eat inedible things.

I usually spend my Saturday nights watching Who/Strictly and talking to you. Er....

Damn work. :p ;-)

(Nah, I enjoyed it actually.)

On a typical Saturday I usually sleep in, then try to work on a drawing, have lunch, get distracted by reading, suddenly realize I need to get ready, and then scramble off for my evening shift at work. Today I did all of those things, plus some errands. That's an exciting day, oh yes :P

That sounds like a nice balanced Saturday, some fun, some productivity and some less fun, unless you really enjoy work, which isn't so unusual. :P

I do enjoy work... I work at the circulation desk at a library. I like being around books all the time.

Oh that sounds so good...and your icon is BEAUTIFUL! Big, old books amaze me. Except that if I was to walk down an aisle in a library full of old books, I'd run. In fact, I did run when I did the very same thing at my old university library. Scary. Too much history. But love photos of them. :D
