It's worse darling, a lot worse. I'm worried about how he manages to brush his teeth, and it makes understanding him tres difficile.

I think it's quite obvious that the action of loving them comes after the order to love them, if you read it again..

a) if you're going to pick up incorrectly on syntax, deal with it (the logical flow is correct - I had a linguistics major check it)
b) play nice children, at least on my journal
