Day 21 - Another moment, in great detail
i walked up the stairs to my apartment and took out my keys. i do this every single day, but at that very moment, the sight of my bottle opener keychain took me back to the night of becky's chinese new year dinner. he was looking for an opener for his tall bottle of taiwan beer. i offered mine, and when i leaned over to crack it open i felt a buzz at the back of my neck that tingled all the way to my cheeks. we weren't strangers, but there was something very different about this encounter.
