march was fair at best, pt. 3
26 going on 87. a little late to be making another march update, yeah? march was one of the most exciting months this year so far, and every month following has had a tough time contending. i had myself a geriatric-themed birthday party. featured above were the two best dressed of the night -- old greg and gramma mandy.
we had ourselves a good ol' fashioned dance party. if facebook allowed you to embed their videos, you'd have a more flavorful taste of the crazy that went down that night. if you have facebook, catch it here. i believe roomie yumi made the video public, but i'm not sure if that just makes it viewable to people i'm not friends with or to non-fb users as well.
the theme actually had nothing to do with my "feeling older" or "becoming an old woman" and had everything to do with how much i like old things. thrifting for old decor gradually went from party shopping to seeking permanent fixtures for my apartment. and well, i have this a new jersian middle-aged woman inside me who likes to make an appearance every now and again. she even showed up to the party a little earlier than expected thanks to boxed wine.
