up to date
so yesterday was my first night in the sweat shop. i got there at 6pm and folded a wall of graphic tshirts then a table of tank tops then "half folded" a table of different tshirts then did some random folding on messed up piles then had to mass fold a bunch of clearance shit which was the most frustrating cause you know it's all gonna get messed up again today and it's just clearance shouldnt have to be folded. people would buy stuff from there even if everything WASNt perfect. and i mean perfect. everything had to be in even, identical piles. but i'm not complaining about it. i actually really like it cause music plays really loudly the whole time which makes time go by really fast and you dont have to bother having small talk or awkward silences with people around you. i ended up leaving at 2:30 when i was supposed to be done at 12 so that's good cause it's more money. then i had to walk home cause the ttc was on strike which i realized after i waited for about 15 mins for a streetcar. i think this is going to be a pretty easy summer job that should pay off. it's really relaxing. buffy's playing with a chocolate truffle wrapper that was provided by the ever popular brendan ko. that kid's kinda silly but it's ok. kate and i slept over at his house the other night and i didnt end up ffalling asleep til like 6. i think it was from the panda bear taking up all the space in the bed. i really liked his fortish type bed though. his house is in a somewhat sketchy area since you gave to go though a garage to get to it. and to get to that garage you have to go through an alley called "rapes r us". well tonight i might stay over at nick's cause i'll probably get off work too late to walk all the way home again and i dont want to freak my mom out. ok, i gotta pee now. bye!
