Smallville Episode 'Isis' fail

 Hey!

Okay maybe I sound a bit geeky here and I'm not sure if anyone besides me noticed it.

Why is Osiris buried in a jar that looks like Anubis???

I didn't really notice that until you mentioned it, lol.

My Egyptian history/knowledge is a bit rusty, but according to wiki, the canopic jar represented by Anubis is for the heart?

I agree, it's a bit confusing since (and I quote) "the heart...was left inside the body instead of being placed in a canopic jar."

So no idea what the writers were thinking - although it would have been funny if Isis had reached in and "what the...this is the wrong organ!"
