Thanks for hosting on keeping the tally.
I know I manged to write a bit at least every day, but I'm missing on the 18th. It was probably one of the days where I forgot to check-in. Sorry. I know I checked in confusingly late for some days and I might just have missed that one. *g*
Snippet:
“We can probably manage sandwiches or something, if you're hungry. I suppose there are cornflakes in the cupboard. Do you even like cornflakes? You liked the bagels, right? I mean, you're Steve, so...”
Steve followed the outstretched hand to look inside the cupboard, surprised to find two family packs, one open, of his favorite brand of cornflakes. He stared at the colorful packages for a long moment, surprised by the jolt of familiarity, and smiled. “At least the cornflakes seem to be the same. That's a relief.”
Tony looked at him quizzically. “Crazy world, huh?”
“Do you want some?”
Tony shook his head. “I'm not really a cornflakes person.”
Which would make a lot more sense if Steve hadn't just found cornflakes in his own kitchen.
Still working on the WIP comics-universes crossover. It's going to be less cornflakes and pretty much only pining and UST for the rest of the chapter and then then the couple will get a scene I've been aching to write since I started this fic. :D
