Car stereos

does anyone know off the top of their head which store is generally cheaper? Best Buy or Circuit Chity?
i think they both install for free...
I need to pick up an MP3 player for the car tomorrow....

Circuit City price matches but I think it has to be advertised.
Either way they are both comparable, check the websites.
As for installs...I do not know. I didn't think any of them were free, but I've always done my own so I never really looked into it.

most of the places run a promotion every week that's either free installation or free speakers. if they're running the free speakers thing, tell them you don't need the speakers you need the free install.

if all else fails use your ipod and one of those cheapie FM transmitter things.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences with Best Buy.

Also, when I had my car and needed a stereo installed, I went through Circuit City and had wonderful service. :) They also, in my opinion, have better prices and better quality goods.

they say "free installation" but you still have to buy the wires and shit to do it. i think its like $50 or something (well, thats what it was to install a head unit) but i dunno if they'd do the same for the mp3 player

Best buy usually has more selection for MP3 Players... but circut city has the BEST deals on returned, display, or unpacked items. Best buy will also install anything that you don't purchase from them for a small fee. I bought my mp3 in dash sterio online and had it installed by best buy...
