also eleanor of aquitaine is -clearly- a gryffindor because hello she is the lion in winter

she is a lion it is true

but I think she is a slytherin

because I mean she fought all the wars man and they were for 75% selfish reasons.

then again slytherin gryffindor two sides of the same coin

yeah i think slytherin/gryffindor is always a matter of interpretation really. ravenclaw and hufflepuff are more clear-cut.

like for example one could argue mary tudor was a slytherin a la bellatrix but i think she's a psycho gryffindor.

exactly my opinion. like she was clearly a prejudiced bitch but I see her more as a psycho gryffindor because she was so convinced of her goodness and going-to-heaven-ness

she was basically holtz from angel as a queen of england

and holtz is a total gryff

all the wars

and like. her relationship with regard to her sons: so much dynastic control, that is v. slytherin business.

(BESIDES: LOCKED INNA TOWER.)

i guess i just always saw her as a gryffindor with trust issues~

but she could very easily be a slytherin, it's a very fine line
