How the fuck did I get so behind on this???
Day Twenty-One: Favorite female character screwed over by canon
Hmmm. Donna Noble. From Doctor Who! I freaking loved Donna, and then she goes and has her moment in the spotlight, saves the freaking day, and the Doctor 'loses' her like he does all of his companions. Admittedly, he saved her life by erasing her memories of everything related to him, but her life was boring and sucky without him. And honestly, I can see several ways he could have saved her, but whatever. I was pissed, because I liked her. She was the first companion in a while that wasn't constantly trying to get in his pants. The Doctor made her freaking life by dragging her on his adventures. And she'll never. Freaking. Remember it. And if she does, somehow remember it, she'll die. Because canon is a bitch. And she totally could have been saved. Seriously.
Day Twenty-Two: Favorite female character you love but everyone else hates
Sakura. Her again xD. She's the only character I can come up with. I feel like a lot of people don't like her, especially when she was young. But I always liked her. A lot. Not much to go into there.
Day Twenty-Three: Favorite female platonic relationship
More recently, I'm in love with the interactions between Cana and Lucy. It's so Lucy like to volunteer for something dangerous just to help her friend. And Lucy being in trouble was what kind of brought Cana to her senses and made her stop acting stupid putting herself first.
Day Twenty-Four: Favorite female romantic relationship
I don't really watch any shows at all with female/female in it. I should probably fix that.
Day Twenty-Five: Favorite mother/daughter and/or sister relationship
Freaking Madoka and her mother. We don't see a lot of it, but it's totally cute. In the beginning, when Madoka and her mother are talking at the sink together, and eating breakfast together. I thought it was the cutest thing ever.
Day Twenty-Six: Favorite classical female character (from pre-20th century literature or mythology or the like)
From mythology? Probably Persephone. No real reason why, I just always liked the myth.
