I have to admit, I do love me some fluffy fluff. I really love Sarek, and him and Amanda are so fantastic. I really love Jim beginning to trust Amanda enough to eat her food, and it really warms my heart to see that. Spock is, of course, fantastic as ever. I am looking forward to the angst, though. The more angst, the better the happy ending is. (And I am crossing every body part I have for a happy ending here. Just mentioning that.)

There will definitely be a happy ending, but there will also be a whole heaping of angst in the upcoming chapters. Poor Jim hasn't gotten through his ordeal yet. :( I'm glad you liked this chapter though. I thought it might be too fluffy, but I'm happy to hear that I was wrong. I must admit, I love Amanda and Sarek too. They are fun to write, even when Sarek only has about five lines. :P

I'm so glad that I found your fic! Spock is so precious, I just want to smother him with hugs. I also liked how you've written the progressing relationship between Jim and Spock and Amanda. It's nice how he's beginning to trust them a bit more. This was great, I loved the fluff, and I'm glad that we got a good sappy chapter in before the angst comes in. I'm not one to really read that much angst, but this fic is so good I'll bear it when it comes. Poor Jim, though, I hope you won't be too hard on him!
Anyways, thanks for the update, I'll definitely continue to read your work.

Yay! I love new readers. XD I must admit, I'm not the biggest fan of angst either, so while I do totally horrible things to Jim, I try to make sure that I give my readers hope that things will get better. And don't worry, there will be a happy ending, no matter how much angst there is.

I'm So glad that Jim got a birthday party and presents too. I'm happy that at last Jim has people who care about him.

You've written the growing friendship between Spock and Jim so well. Jim is so very slowly starting to trust. I love the fluff, but I'm very worried about what Frank is now going to do to Jim :(

And trying to kiss Sarek. Priceless :)

I'm very happy that I can start writing some happy times instead of writing complete angst. It does surprise me that Spock's entire family has taken to Jim so quickly. I mean, Amanda already wants to adopt him and Spock is pretty much in love with him, but Sarek seems to like him too. I'm pleased with how things have turned out. XD

Yeah, I'm going to have to do something about Frank soon. He needs a good strong dose of comeuppance.

Jim accidentally trying to kiss Sarek was my favorite part of this chapter. Hehe. XD

Great chapter. Jim is finally getting the attention and love he needs from Spock and Amanda. Jim should live with them instead of that monster. I hope Jim's life improves and I hope Spock and Jim get closer in their relationship. I can't wait to read the next installment.
