(no subject)
Despite the fact that snakes are my favorite animals, whenever I dream of them, it's almost always negative.
Most of the time, I'll have one as a pet, but it's so fragile, as if it was made of wet clay or glass. I can't touch them without hurting them, and then I feel awful. I've killed snakes in my dreams without meaning to. The last dream, a snake lost its eye in the sink somehow because of me. I think this is why (along with cost) I've been putting off actually getting a snake. I'm worried about not being able to take care of them, having them get sick or injured or die because of my negligence.
But I wonder. Is that what the dreams mean? Or do they mean something else? Why can't I just have a good dream about my favorite animal?
