sorry for the no posting for a month-ish thing. i've been severely under the weather. chronic pain. everyday. (i've always had it, but it has gotten dramatically worse as of recently). didn't want to get out of bed. 24 hour headaches. general aches all the time too. not so much fun. i tried a lot of different things. nothing really helped. until i found dr. drew johnson. he's my new best friend and a chiropractor to boot. yes, i've always said chriopractors were quacks, voodoo kings, shams, crazies, etc. but he's really helped. i even found out that an incident in my distant past (which shall never be brought up) caused 2 tiny fractures in my spine. anywho. dr. johnson is getting me back on track. i'm feeling a tad bit better every day. i even walked for 30 minutes on my new treadmill (at a slight incline). it's so amazing, but today, i actually woke up, got out of bed, showered and had breakfast without crying. i'm not 100% better, but i'm getting there. i even thought about going to a movie today. i had gotten so used to always having aches and pains, i thought it was normal. also, not wanting to cry 24/7 is liberating.

hopefully, i'll be posting more from now on.

jared went out a few days ago and bought the new harry potter dvd for me. i'm so confused, why isn't it a 2 disc dvd? where are the extras i never actually watch? this is disturbing.

the week after spring break i'm off to baltimore for my very first official, important conference. should be fun. baltimore is a fun town. i almost want to the u. of maryland, but, alas, tam lured my with a director's excellence scholarship (of course the promptly took it away - damn you heidi - damn you)

also . . . why is the phrase "flesh is burning, na na na na " stuck in my head?

i think i'll try my hand at dinner. especially as i have a re-acquired ability to stand for more than 10 minutes!
