(no subject)
my neighbor and his boyfriend love kelly clarkson. i don't just mean love kelly clarkson. they LOVE kelly. it's almost cute, but borderline annoying. the volume at which they enjoy her music is wall penetrating. also, neither one can carry a tune.
went to taste of the topics yesterday. my initial excitement over the opening of jamba juice has been somewhat quelled recently. taste of the topics is far healthier (no aspartame, etc) it's straight up fruit. and cheaper. as a college grad who doesn't make nearly the salary she should, cheaper is almost always better. unless we are talking about trash bags or tampons.
i'm looking into buying a treadmill. i am not the most physically fit of people. and i'm certainly not the size i was in highschool (note-not a goal i have set for myself, as i was not done growing and also went for several months without eating more than 100cal a day). however, my inability to run around my condo complex without getting wheezy has lead me to one conclusion. it's time to get my hiney in gear. so this morning i shall begin by dusting off my transfirmer, completeing the jiggle free abs dvd, and possibly a lower body workout. then, it's off to beg my mom for money for a treadmill.
speaking of mom. she and dad are coming down to college station for a visit on feb 3rd. eep. let us all remember the 2 times my parents hvae come to see me in the last almost 6 years of living in college station. i'll not speak of the freshman year fiasco, but graduation went ok. however, i'm not sure as to the awkwardness of living with a boy. they like him a bunch, but still. awkward.
i'm off to baltimore in march for a week long sylvan conference. fun. cold. rainy. but i love baltimore. plus, i think it means a raise (and by think i mean "had better mean") actaully the whole process is sylvan is rewarding. i wasn't sure if i really believed in the program at first, but io've seen the results and it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.
i saw sarah k, i did. i really did see her, at best buy. she said she lost her phone. that's why she hadn't called me in a very very long time.
