The latest experiment
I have been playing with 2-ply striping yarns lately. Today, I thought I would try a 3-ply.
From the top: maroon, hot pink, and apricot; purple, hot pink, and maroon; purple, hot pink, and electric blue. I really had doubts about how well they would look together. My philosophy is to try anything that intrigues me so I spun it up anyway.
I like it. It has an interesting look that I didn’t expect. It is much more subtle than I would have predicted too. Any suggestions for a name for this one?
The other skein is a 2-ply of black, white, and electric blue merino.
