In terms of hosts, I can't reccomend Dreamhost enough. They have merchant software so that you can set up the shop easily, you have a ton of storage space (something like 20gb, and it grows weekly), a ton of bandwidth (a freaking TERABYTE, also grows weekly), and they are cheap. I use them for both of my sites, and the bookshop that I just did a site for uses them as well, and so far as I know, everyone loves them. Their tech support is great, and if you want it, you can get a free domain when you sign up -- or just know that after this year you won't have to pay registration on your domain when it comes up for renewal. Fantastic, fantastic host. Also, they let you earn money towards your hosting if other people sign up under you -- I posted a link in one of my LJs, and haven't actually had to pay a penny towards hosting since I first got the site, because every time someone signs up via the link I get something like $96.

I know that right now you're just talking about a small site, but Dreamhost isn't more expensive than a lot of places that offer much less. Should your business grow, you'll have plenty of room for it without having to upgrade your hosting.
