music makes me happy. usually by the time i get to my lesson on tuesdays i am very cranky/tired and the fact that i have to play the violin for an hour while someone critiques me is not something i look forward to. but the last 3 weeks of these terrible tuesdays have had the opposite effect on me- instead of making my bad mood ten times worse i have come out of my lesson with a smile on my face and even a bit of optimism.....momumental event? i think so. now i don't want to jinx it but i think the musical rut i've been in may finally come to an end!! salvation. i love playing music again.
