Here are some of the meals I've had over the last few weeks!
We've been only eating lunch and dinner and sometimes a dessert or treat, and it's been working out great.
You'll notice a lot of repeats as we use leftovers and such. We have a ton of rice + veggies + protein dishes as well that I forget to take pics of at lunch.

Veggie soup with tofu and egg (I used basically all the veggies that were about to go bad)
Veggie patty with fried egg, avocado, and hummus on a flour tortilla
Salad with homemade dressing (hummus, lemon, salt, pepper), gnocchi, veggies and an herb "sauce"
Plain white rice with instant pot pulled pork
Same as above but now with steamed veggies (different meal lol)
Fruit (blueberries and pineapple - for a few weeks Imperfect carried whole organic pineapple and it was amazing), breakfast tortillas with egg and hummus (I use paprika in my eggs), corn tortilla chips and salsa
Greens, cherry tomatoes, instant pot chicken with a fried egg
Pulled chicken, mashed potatoes (as Hser exclaimed - "They're real!"), steamed veggies
Dessert one day - Raspberry cheesecake ice cream, green tea mochi, and a frozen Dove peanut butter dark chocolate
Greens with shredded chicken, feta, hummus and tomatoes
Uncured turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, broccoli, and greens/feta/hummus/tomatoes
