Starting on Thursday, I got to spend a rare THREE WHOLE DAYS with Steve.
On Thursday we went swimming with Pat and Faith, and had Jamba Juice, and just chilled with them until about 11pm napping and trying the last bonus puzzle in Professor Layton and the Diabolical box. Then we went to the theatre and the boys played Pump (like DDR) while Faith and I chatted about relationships and she questioned me on why I'm the go-to person for sex talk and advice, as apparently one of the first things Pat ever told her about me was that I was the one to seek. Adorable, really.
Then we hear, "Pat?! Steve?!!" and oh no, it's Bryce and Jorden, also there to see the movie (Prince of Persia). It was awkward because Bryce didn't see me and Faith at first, and as soon as he saw me he activated Bitch Mode. It was excessively uncomfortable. I just made sure the seating went Steve, me, Faith, Pat, Jorden, and Bryce. Jake Gyllenhal makes a good Prince. He did great mimicking the voice.
After the movie Steve and I spent a really, really good night together with some of the best sex ever (apologies of TMI, but for real, mindblowing), and then spent the next two days being a great couple. On Friday we spent the day doing mostly separate things (he had some shopping to do and I had a work meeting) but at midnight we gave each other our anniversary gifts!!
For me:
-Double feature of The Whole Nine Yards and The Whole Ten Yards (I LOVE silly movies and also Matthew Perry and Bruce Willis)
-Simone plush for my car from Gurren Lagann
-Part 2 of Season 1 of Sgt. Frog
-$200 towards another tattoo (ZOMG SQUEEEE)
He also gave me the CUTEST homemade card EVER.
For him:
-A moogle wall hanging from Final Fantasy that I knitted (pictures soon)
-$70 toward a massage (he LOVED it but requested I opt for the couples massage so he's more at ease)
-A metal DDR dance pad (he about died)
We couldn't use the pad because one of the cables has a broken prong but a new one is in the mail! The pad is BEAUTIFUL and every time we walk by it we stop to dance on the arrows for a little bit. Money well spent!
Then on Saturday we went to the zoo, ate at India Palace, got Culver's custard, and spent the rest of the night cuddling and playing games and watching Lost.
