Called Landlord today to report spider infestation. They sort of scoffed. Apparently 4 (quarter-size, brown, menacing) spiders (IN THE VICINITY OF MY BED) in the course of 3 weeks does not qualify as "infestation." Off to hardware store to purchase awful violent pesticide to cause spider genocide while still being safe for Hallie.
