I'm fucked... I think.
I'm failing Chemistry.... FAILING... with an F!!
I spoke to my instructor yesterday and it's possible to raise the grade, but I'll still probably end up on Academic Probation. If I vastly improve my score on the next exam he said he is willing to consider disregarding the first one, which would help me greatly.
I'm seriously considering changing my major. I still want to teach, but I might switch my focus to something like English. I need to do some investigating and soul searching before I make a decision.
EDIT: Well, I just checked on the Academic Probation policy for LC and it looks like I'll be okay. If I were to get a D in Chem, I'd still be above a 2.00 GPA, for the semester and cumulative (well above on the cumulative scale).
