My yearly post to prove I'm alive
Yep- I'm pretty much just posting to justify all the stalking. I am still here. I do still read (even if I don't reply or post nearly often enough). And I love all of you who do post and I get to continue knowing better because of it. So, thank you!
Quick update on me (because there isn't much to tell). For those who have somehow missed it, I am back in school. One of the many priledges to having a wife in high places is that I get to take classes for free! And since I was looking for a career change anyway- what could be better?! What am I studying, you ask? Massage therapy! (Who now is jealous of my wife? You all should be. A girl needs to practice.) And that's really the big news. C is still enjoying her job. We're settling into our life in Madison (we have a monthly crafting group, C is dancing in a local company, we like our church, etc). In September we adopted a tiny kitten (if you aren't on Facebook, you should be! I update that more often and there are pictures!) who isn't as tiny now but is twice the work! Which leaves our household: humans-2, cats-2.
Upcoming excitment... well, my parents come to visit in March, I turn 30 in April and we're going to a family reunion at a Dude Ranch in upstate NY in July. Yep- that's the fun I have to look forward to. So, there's my update. See you next year, livejournal :-)
