Hey, its been a while, but whatever. shit happens, i had stuff to sort out. 
ive been eating a lil too much d past few days. ew
i think ive put on a bit but i amnt sure bcos i dont have a scales. 
2mrw is skewl heres my menu
Menu:

breakfast: ten wu tea a  handful of nuts - 20cal?
lunch:

3 rice cakes with soy butter and salsa spread - 110cals
handful of grapes and sum nuts

dinner: soup and crackers
ten wu tea 
300 cals?

altogether like 500
