I keep PLANNING to do this Percy Jackson post but I suck at writing these sort of things anymore. ANYWAY, I just did a big re-read and I was liking the little detail of the occasional historical/famous figure being a demigod and I wanted to think of some clever secretly a demigod folks. Like Angelina Jolie is a daughter of Aphrodite. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs are clearly sons of Hephaestus and Vulcan - but which is Greek and which is Roman? (I fell like Jobs is the Greek son for some reason.) A demigod marriage - clearly the Clintons - Hilary is a daughter of Ares married to a son of Athena. And then I ran out of ideas because that's how my brain rolls these days.
