first, i'm going out to lunch then i'm going shopping for a pair of navy blue heels to match the navy blue dress i bought weds.
2.What is your most guilty pleasure?
i'll cop to liking anything that i like-- cheesy music or movies, trashy paranormal and/or historical romance novels, porn. i am perfectly shameless.
3.Have you ever seen someone die?
no.
4.Are you confused as to what lies ahead of you?
no. i, like amy, am mostly just curious. i tend to be impatient and i want everything to happen now or even yesterday.
5.What was the last movie you saw, for pleasure, and would you recommend it?
juno. it was sweet and romantic in a way that even i liked and got all tender about.
6.What song are you currently obssessed with and why?
dilate by ani difranco. it's sad, but i like that angsty music. i just like the poetry of the song and the word play. i thought of the use of the phrase and phrasing of 'i see you and i di-ilate' was clever because its almost like that cheesy, uber-romantic cliche 'i see you and i die,' but instead there's an allusion there to the scientific fact that when you see someone you are attracted to your pupils unconsciously dilate so she's talking about loving someone that you don't want to love and i like that she found a clever way to say it because i'm a word geek.
7.If the person you like does not accept you, would you continue to wait for them to change their feelings?
no. hell no. this woman waits for no man.
8.If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do?
i tend not to fall for already attached people because i put them in this untouchable box in my head (because i think cheating is the nastiest thing you can do to someone and i would immediately lose interest in a cheater anyway) and just don't think of them that way. however, if i did fall for an attached person, i'd ignore those silly romantic feelings, try to become friends if possible, and just go on living my life.
9.Is there anything that has made you unhappy recently?
where do i begin? this week in my life has been ri-fucking-diculous. there's been so much personal and non-personal bullshit going down that frankly i suspect witchcraft at this point and will be googling up the malleus maleficarum.
10.If you could have chosen at birth whether to be a boy or a girl, which would you be?
i consider myself so lucky to have been born a girl. i know that there's a lot more crap to being a girl like how much patriarchy bites, but i would never choose to be a man. i don't think that $.30 on a dollar and sense of entitlement is THAT good a deal.

pride. i use to be worse when i was younger, but i still like to have all the answers and i'm very sensitive to being treated to a lesser standard than my personal standards of acceptable behavior.
