So I haven't updated in a bit. Life has been pretty damn good if I do say so myself. Last weekend Stephen didn't have to work. Friday night his dad called and had extra tickets to go to a drag race in Baytown. So we went to that. I had a few beers and had fun with his fam and his friends. We got home at a decent hour. Saturday I went and got my nails done that morning and then went to a birthday party for Adam. He turned 2. Adam is son to one of my oldest and dearest friends Josh Baker. We grew up on the same street and I've know him since 2nd grade. His little boy Adam looks just like him. Ava had a lot of fun with the kids, and Sharee and her boys came. So I got to love on them the whole time. It was good seeing her and her boys. I don't get to see them as much as I want to.It was so adorable, I was swinging Ava on the swings when she saw Sharee. She said,"Mama stop! Its Aunt Sharee!" She just ran straight to her and threw her arms around her. It was soooo cute! Made me a little teary. I remember thinking as I was holding Jackson( sharees little one) how happy I am that we share this bond that is being moms together. Its brought us really close again. Shes seriously a wonderful mom. After that we left and went to the Indian Shores community center for stephens Aunt Lauras 40th birthday. Its right on the lake. They had a dj and karaoke. I seriously haven't had that much fun in a very long time. After 9 Ava went to her Aunt Shawnas, and we stayed. Me and stephens uncle david finished the night singing Jackson by Johnny Cash and June Carter. I can't express just how much fun I really had that night. I can't ever imagine not having Stephens family in my life. Over the years they have become my family. I love them all so very much. Here is a pic of the newest hair cut I did. Its a little fluffy but i think its cute.
