Hat tip Coyote Blog: A plan for $8000 condos in India, built by the same company that came out with the $2000 new car, and intended for people without much money - a demographic which Indian housing companies have been ignoring. Until now.
Could somebody ask this company to come over to Auckland? :) House prices are crazy around here. (Thank goodness my parents bought our house years and years ago, when prices were a fraction of today's.) Although, with New Zealand's regulations on what you can build and where, I think the licensing alone would cost more than $8000. In either US or NZ dollars.
