01. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?

Kissed a boy, hit a deer, got cancer, and became liberal

02. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?

I don't think I made any last year...and probably won't this year. If I decide I want to change my life I do it in other ways

03. Did someone close to you give birth?

Nope

04. Did anyone close to you die?

Yes

05. What countries did you visit?

None besides the good ol' USA

06. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?

Faith in things I can't see.

07. What date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?

I've got two.
July 27, 2006: when I had my biopsy and got the call telling me I had cancer.
November 1, 2006: when I got a boyfriend

08. What was your biggest achievement(s) of the year?

I got straight As in a jam-packed semester. I developed the confidence to deal with some of my relationships. I broke out of the food service industry.

09. What was your biggest failure(s)?

I fell way back in some of my friendships...

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?

Yeah...

11. What was the best thing you bought?

My iPod

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?

I'm going to go with Tibbs here and say Gordon and Devon

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?

No comment.

14. Where did most of your money go?

Food, school, laptop, gifts for other people.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?

First kiss, first real date, first anniversary

Laughing. Spending time with people. Hiking. Swimming.

Worrying

20. How will you be spending Christmas?

With my family, as we always do--opening presents together in the beginning of the day and then opening our house to families with nowhere to go in the evening.

Yes.

None.

Scrubs

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?

I love the fact that I can honestly say I don't hate anybody. I dislike some people more, but that's far from being the same thing.

Love

Lucky Number Slevin, maybe....can't really remember what came out this year

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?

I turned 22, sat by myself and then cried and then did homework...but then went out to dinner and played poker and had a good time :)

Having friends who I knew would stick by me through whatever was happening in my life.

Katie...and currently Russ (but that'll go away shortly)

Geneva (girl from work this summer--we're soul twins)

Telling yourself what you "should" be never does anything constructive; accepting yourself for what you are is the way to become a better and happier person.
Also...
Life is easier when you're sharing it with someone.
