Thanks to my lovely boyfriend I got tagged to do this.

Bah.

Name the things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal... and then tag 5 friends and ask them to post it to theirs.

Dressing up - it amuses me. Forgetting you're dressed up and answering the door to the postman is a little embarassing however.

Dancing - Whacking some music up loud and shaking my booty never fails to cheer me up. It's a mix of endorphin rush combined with remembering that I'm good at something.

Singing loudly - Not many people (make that nobody - apart from my long suffering neighbours) know that I tend to belt out I Can't Help Loving That Man/Will You/There Are Worse Things I Could Do when I'm cooking. This is sometimes combined with the booty dancing. Don't you just wish you were my neighbour?

Reading - "Fuck off. I'm not serving you, I'm busy."

And I'm not tagging anyone cos I'm kind. Unlike someone I could mention.
