So, let's get this ball rolling!
While making the big header post, I decided something. I'm going to try and write down my thoughts at least once a day, no matter how inane or stupid I think they are. I tend to follow the saying, "If you don't have anything worth saying, don't say anything." Except maybe I do. If I let myself. So here goes, one post a day, no matter how stupid.
So, work sucked. Working in a glorified grocery store right before Thanksgiving would, of course, be not so fun. Except it wasn't because of the customers. The customers were fine today. It was the fact that we didn't really have any staff there. Nobody was manning the bottle return, so the person who normally takes care of the front service area where I work was tied up there all day. When she has, y'know, actual stuff to do that's her job to do. Not clear out gunky and filled bottle returns.
Started Bahamut Lagoon last night on ZSNES. And am thinking of restarting already after the first couple of chapters, as I'm getting crap drops from enemies, which make advancing my dragons/people harder, which makes me more likely to get crap drops. It's kind of a vicious cycle.
Animal Parade for Wii is fun, but loading times suck. It's the second Harvest Moon game on Wii, and from what I understand, basically a remake of Tree of Tranquillity with some added features/streamlining. You think they'd have figured out loading times. Oh well. I'm starting summer, and have rung the first three bells, and am waiting for mah corn to grow. So I can give Wizard some Good Cornmeal, already got Hibiscus, and made my own Perfect Butter, no buying on the Animal Festival for me! Speaking of the Animal Festival, the race? A piece of crap. The directions are confusing, and I can't get the Wiimote to do what they say it should. Oh well, by the time I get to the end of 2nd Year Spring, I should have a Classic Controller.
That's it for now. Will try to do this tomorrow. Maybe if I make it a habit, it'll help.
