Since I am a ship whore I created an intense and awesome meme to do since it's 4:30 and i'm still wearing my pj's. it is now 11:30 and I have gotten dressed :D

Cuddy/House [House MD]

Their relationship (and Cuddy in general) is one of the main reasons I love House. In the beginning it wasn't really there in the writing but Hugh and Lisa have smokin' hott chemistry that now we are heading into the fourth season the writers just have to bring the House/Cuddy goods. They have a wonderful relationship, reluctantly dependent on each other, loads of history, tonnes of sexual tension and House has a personality disorder known as bastard but Cuddy obviously likes that. When they finally (again) sex each other up it's not going to be white roses and dinner for two. It's just going to be House and Cuddy. Which is perfect.

ANGSTY!!! I do love angsty. this is the only non-het pairing to appear in my list but what a pairing it is. Both the book and the musical have the undertones of love between the two. What am I saying? The musical is SO gay. Their relationship is a beautiful evolution. From hating each other too begrudgingly liking each other and finally totally loving each other. But sadly there not meant to be :( At the end of the musical when Glinda thinks Elphie is dead it crushes me.

Sanctuary is only young but the relationship between these two is so intense. At first they clearly loved each other but John can't control himself and Helen can't help him. This leads to a lengthy separation where John is desperately searching for his now 153 year old fiance and Helen is trying to hide herself and the4 daughter she gave birth too 100 years late. When they meet again there is hate, lust and love. Neither knows whether or not to kiss or kill the other. And it is awesome.

There were times when the illusion of our marriage was as powerful for me as it was for you.
There is as much love as there is mistrust in this relationship. Time after time they screw each other over. Deceive one another, hurt each other purposefully but still they are drawn together. There is no doubt in my mind that Irina loved Jack when she was Laura and still loved him. GOD I'M DROWNING IN THE WONDERFUL ANGST!

Whether it's the films, the comics or the cartoons there is something about these two that draws me to them. Obviously the 'they can't be together' aspect is appealing as always with me. Scott is Jean's husband, they have responsibilities, Logan is a bit of a womaniser. Yet they have this passion for each other most of which is rooted in animal lust but is still love in its own twisted way. Logan would do anything for Jean and he will wait for her until the end of time.

In the early seasons On the surface it appeared they hated each other but that is just another reason why they are so perfect for each other. They are both fucked up and enjoy making other people miserable and yet occasionally they allow each other to see their rue and real loving feelings for one another. Also both of them are hot. That is a win.

Like many of my other OTP's this pairs relationship is built upon mistrust and betrayal but still they are drawn together. Despite it all they are in love. Their history is sordid and exciting, their present is grey and unsteady and their end is beautiful. So fitting for the secret lover's. or not so secret XD

Another example of my love of pairings that shouldn't be together. She is the President and he is the Admiral. They didn't even like each other when this all began but the extraordinary circumstances they live in has allowed them to become closer and sometimes just be Bill and Laura. A happy ending for these two is so unlikely but they will carry on till the end.
Fic: The fanfiction archive isn't working atm but when it does I will find the fic I want :D

Ahhhh Sam and Jack. They have a shed load of angst. They care for each other so much but the regulations keep them apart. And Carter is a stickler for the regs. The great thing about this pariring apart from the angst and both characters inability to speak about feelings is because of the type of show SG-1 is you get to see some awesome stuff. Like alternate realities where they are engaged, time loop kisses, dream kisses, virus kisses, memory wiped love, forced confessions because of zatarcs, fishing passwords, fishing in general, geeky love, weddings, invisibility and being 'not exactly' single. They are destined to be together.

Ahhhh Mulder and Scully. My first OTP. 7 years of unresolved Sexual tension. How could ask for more from a TV pairing? There was an element of distrust in the beginning but as the show developed and they had to face all of the challenges the X Files presented them their relationship grew. And it's so beautiful. I'm like so strangely proud of them.
Fic: Somebody on my flist wrote a beautiful short piece about Mulder and Scully on the run and Scully dyed her hair. Which one of you was it??? Own up. Please.
