Fakin' it
I have to leave in a few minutes to go down to Halifax Dance to teach 3 different classes in 4 hours.
4 hours straight. I'll only be able to do it because two of the classes are for adults and so won't be nearly as mentally exhausting.
Don't get me wrong, I've loved teaching. Already this week I've taught my usual teen class, and yesterday I did a musical theatre class and a jazz class for younger kids, but because of the snow only 6 of them were there, and they were fabulous. We had such a good time.
I'm hoping tonight will be the same way.
After this, I have the advanced class tomorrow (a little nervous about that one) and then my final class at Neptune on Saturday.
Busy bee!
I've been seriously down in the dumps lately. Last weekend was the worst. Well, Thursday night to early Monday morning, I was just a complete mess. Besides teaching my Neptune class, I couldn't get out of bed, didn't leave the apartment...it was a bad scene. Slowly pulling myself out of that though...if for no other reason than necessity.
Anyway, more later. Gotta run!
