[The Big Move] Making more progress...but slowly
My bedroom is done, except that now it's like a Christmas catalog exploded. I have bags and baskets of stuff to wrap, organize, figure out. :) As for these things...
1. STILL NOT DONE...ALSO HAVE GAMES TO PUT BACK DOWNSTAIRS OR IN THE HALL CLOSET. AND THE COMPUTER DESK NEEDS TO BE TAKEN APART BEFORE IT CAN COME IN WHICH I DON'T UNDERSTAND SINCE WE MOVED THE DAMN THING FROM THE OLD HOUSE...GRRRRRR. Move stationery and blank books into the rolltop desk once Jason moves it in from the garage (the computer desk will become Katie's sewing desk if that works out in terms of space for the machine).
2. WELL, AS I SAID, MY XMAS STUFF IS JUST EVERYWHERE IN THIS ROOM. IT'LL DO. Find a place to store xmas stuff temporarily. Under the bed could actually work, now that I think about it. I'll have to get some storage boxes that will fit...it's pretty low.
3. HEAVY COATS ARE IN THE HALL CLOSET...OTHER JACKETS AND CAPES/SHAWLS ARE IN MY WARDROBE...BUSINESS SUITS ARE IN MY REGULAR CLOSET. Figure out where to hang my business suits which I rarely wear but like. My closet is awfully full with clothes, shoe hanger thing, jewelry hanger thing, and cape/shawl things. My freestanding wardrobe is full of my coats/jackets. The front closet is full of everyone else's coats/jackets. Something's gotta get moved, and I don't want to stress these closet bars. :P
4. HANGERS ARE IN A BAG IN THE REGULAR CLOSET...LAUNDRY BASKETS DON'T KNOW YET...STILL A FEW THINGS TO GO INTO STORAGE...THAT'LL BE A WHILE SINCE IT'S NOW FREEZING OUT. Figure out where to store extra hangers, extra laundry baskets, photos to be framed (that might go into storage actually, if there is any room in there at all), and maybe a few more things still sitting around here.
