Iron Man Tutorial.

Ok so I haven´t made an icon tutorial in ages,and I $uck at fake cutting so it will all be in one post.If you feel the need to enlighten me about creating a fake cut,feel free to do so:=)

Ok...

Step One:
Start with a 100x100 document,and crop your image>Place on canvas.Duplicate base>Sharpen>Fade sharpen(enter desired fading)>merge layers.

Step Two:
Duplicate your new base>I made two copies plus base,but use as many copies as you see fit for your image.

Step Three:Coloring.

Make a Selective Coloring Layer:
Reds:
0
+50
+31
0

Yellows:
0
+24
+40
0

Cyans:
+66
+39
+40
0

Blues:
+36
0
+40
0

Colorbalance 1:
Highlights: 0,0,-26
Midtones:+55, 0, +41
Shadows: 0,+43,0

Hue/Saturation:
Master:0,+5,0
Cyan:0,+22,0
Yellow:0,+23,0

Step 4.

Make a new layer>Fill with the color:#ffe57e> Put on soft light mode>I lowered the opacity to 40%( but it´s probably best if you play around with opacity and fill,since all bases are different).But keep this as a staple.

Step 5.

Make another Selective Coloring Layer:
Reds: 0,+73,+22,0
Yellows:+19,0,+25,0
Cyans:+41,0,+23,0
Blues:+26,0,0,0

Coloring is done,now you can add the blob:mode:screen,your text,brushes etc..Merge Layers,done.
