(no subject)
god i haven't written on this thing forever. I deleted my myspace, but then I created a facebook. So the amount of time I spend wasting my time on the internet still balances out.
I realize I'm never satisfied. Why? My friend is going to Mexico.. and im so jealous. Even though I went to Europe in the summer, and my chance of going to Taiwan during Spring Break is 88%. bleehhh. i want too much?
see? that's why im gluttonous!!
Meh. I could probably hide in his duffle bag... I would def. fit in the upper part of the plane's storage comparment!!
So two of my friends are trying to convince me to dorm with them during college.
HA.
it's sort of like..
"Who let ME drive?"= "Who would dorm with ME!?"
I don't sleep at night.. and im basically a pig- this applies to food and my room.. (PIGstye-ohhoho)
well it's to my advantage i guess.. one loves to take cook and take care of people. and the other loves to clean and wash dishes.
I love to eat food people cook for me and bug them while they do my utterly boring chores.
Basically, it's win-win. :)
oh and if Evangeline stays in Ames, she can come join us and cook Chinese food!
she cooks a mean fried rice. not so much on the macaroni :)
So i still don't know how in the world i would contribute...
If being able to sit at the computer uploading Asian dramas from YouTube and watching them for a couples day straight w/o sleep- counted as anything.. if only.
they decided im basically the "pet".
ha! that's perfect. I always wanted to be a dog (the kind that get's adopted by a good family though).
bleh. i should start doing something productive.. ew.
oh. and im relly dissapointed in the "Easy Language 25 World LAnguages" cd-rom. It sure is easy to learn when they teach you incorrectly!!! I was attemping to learn Korean. But than I decided to check how accurate the computerized voices were by going to the Chinese part. It's Chinese pronounciation? perfect.One slight problem. The english translation, the english prononciation, and the Chinese characters DO NOT match up with the computerized voice. WTH. It says in English and Chinese "Would you like to go on the ship?"- I proceed to click on the buttom for the computerized voice. And it came out as "Do you have an empty bedroom?"
err. what? If the Chinese section is this screwed, I can only imagine how bad the Korean section is.
that made me lose total hope in the Japanese section as well...
At least I can hunt down the Koreans in the Media Center every morning... and Sam is teaching me one Korean swear word/offence phrase a day, but the Japanese population at AHS is ZILCH.
that's it! I'm moving to California! Bring on the Asian population and it's stinky tofu!
*side note: for those who don't know, there is a dish called stinky tofu, and true to it's name- it has the most disgusting stench. But it's the only tofu i will eat cuz it's DAMNNN tasty!
