Насчет НЕПОНЯТНО ОТКУДА ВЗЯВШИХСЯ в РФ голландских Гражданских Кодексов?
Ну а потом верещит о беззаконии в судах.
Сами ведь, все сами!
Как народам СССР смогли навязать ГОЛЛАНДСКИЙ Гражданский Кодекс?
Голландия- Holland- Holy Land
И обратите внимание, как у них имя-фамилия в паспортах и удостоверения написана!
По всем правилам- с большой буквы, а не как у колониальных рабов!
Куда обезьяна сассексая зачинать плод чрева своего ездила?

И еще одно значение Голландии-Холи лэнда- Нидерланды Nederland = Neder Lands=Нижние Земли.
И это обозначение не касается геодезии и обозначения "ниже уровня моря"
В педийной статье об этимологии этого названия наперстком крутят туда-сюда и пытаются запутать зрителя,
говоря о бурной истории этих земель, кому только не принадлежавшим.
Однако же, официальные государственные сайты, направленные на туризм и коммерцию, занимают имя HOLLAND.COM - "Holy Land"
В НИЖНИЕ ЗЕМЛИ включены Бельгия, Люксембург, Нидерланды.
И какие у них паспорта?
Люксембург- о ля ля! Не рабы!
Имя-фамилия написаны правильно.
С Бельгией не все так однозначно.
Внутреннее удостоверение предполагает человека- имя, фамилия написаны с большой.
Заграничный паспорт предполагает раба- все написано капсом.
Явно не Холи Лэнд, хотя там и сидит вся бюрократия ЕС.
Мои предположения по поводу этой петрушки с паспортами Святой Земли= Нижней Земли, жители которой не рабы.
есть еще и Высшая Земля, которая передала функции управления Нижней Земле,
и к этой функции приложены привилегии- жители управляющего узла- рабами не являются.
Заодно посмотрим паспорт фиктивной Святой Земли- Израиля.
Вряд ли Яков Гринберг является ущемленным в правах палестинцем.
Но по написанию его имени- фамилии Яков Гринберг- такой же раб.

When a birth is registered the surname is always recorded in capital
letters to make sure that this is clearly distinguishable from the
forename(s). It is important that the details in the entry are as clear as
possible and allow for no misunderstanding, and one of the ways we can
achieve this is to show the surname in this way.

Thank you for your response of my e-mail "all caps surname" I would be able to see the logic in your explanation if the all caps reasoning where to apply to the full name, in other words all capitalisation, however this is only applicable to the surname which tends to render your logic inconsistent, some might say invalid, is this your opinion or is this a factual official view
Are there any other reasons for the explanation "all caps surname", please let me know.

Thank you for your email of 29 March, following my reply to your query on
capital letters used in surnames in register entries.
The distinction we are trying to achieve is to make it clear which of the
names recorded is the surname. That is why the surname only is in capital
letters. I hope this clarifies the postion.
