Dean of The Daley Family 26 November 2015 Delivered
Dear General Register Office,
I registered my Son's Birth with your office 2 years ago, I understand a trust was created under the Cestui Que Vie Act 1666, (which I understand is still in use today), though the Government Annuities Act 1929 this created a life annuitie.
I would like to claim my Childs Birth right back and any Trust created. As the Cestui Que Vie Act 1666 states that I should do this before my Child reaches the age of seven or forever be lost at sea.
Would I make a claim in the Court of Chancery? or do you have a department that deals Directly with these types of Issue's, That is the Issue!
Yours faithfully,
Dean of the family Daley

Dear Dean of the family Daley
Thank you for your enquiry. I’m afraid you may have misunderstood the
legislation around registering a birth. Births are registered currently
under the Births and Deaths Registration Act 1953. The registration is
simply the making of a record of the event (ie the birth) which has taken
place, and it records the details provided by the informant(s) - usually
the mother and/or father - to the registrar.
The registration of a birth does not create a Trust or Government Annuity,
and has nothing to do with the Cestui Qui Vie Act or the Government
Annuities Act. In broad terms, my understanding of these is that the
former was an early piece of legislation which made provision for the
declaring of someone to be dead if they had been overseas and not heard of
for seven years - upon application to a court - whilst the latter simply
provides for the arrangements if someone wishes to purchase a Government
Annuity.
I hope this is of help.
With best wishes

The register office is in denial/brainwashed about the trust and the bonds also the many on and offshore bank accounts created on the birth certificate,
High Treason is being committed against every man woman and child ... and that is just the beggining.....you need robin egg blue A4 legal paper and do an ecclesiastical deed pole and attach/stick it to the birth certificate and send to the register office, you need to read Article 133- Ecclesiastical Deed Pole it explains exactly how you do this..hope this helps you and your childs freedom, also look at factualised trusts..
