See that mashed potato in there?
And i added some carrot and peas to up the vegetable intake for the day.

I think if i ever make it again, I might do it without the pastry lid and make enough mashed potato to cover it.

I think i might be gaining my food footings again after having lived at home for 2 years and not needing to cook for myself!

Plus i have an oven now.. which opens so many more doors!

i think its an american thing.
each guest brings over a plate of food and you all eat it and socialise.
or in our case, watch 80s films??

Do you seperate people off and be like, you can bring entrees, you bring dessert etc? Or is it people just bringing, like, their signature dish so you could possibly end up with 10 desserts or 6 salads?

I am hoping to theme my housewarming. But i dont think people are mad keen on it around here, so i dont know if my original idea would work or if i need just a simpler one. OPen to ideas though!

ooooh, you could have a housewarming theme where everyone has to dress up like something beginning with M (for michelle). that could be really fun! for the pot luck, you can decide if you wanna delegate stuff, or you could just make it random and see what happens!
