Sigh Jeckle n Hyde no more...
so I gave the pub a chance again (the one in my building, had a good menu but alot was not available and well kitchen times kept shortening.)
I had a long day, and just wanted a Gin Martini..the bartender (think she was legal to serve) looked at me blankly, and had to call the owner over...no real shaker, just a glass and a tumbler with at least he had a strainer...but I wondered if it was just a rinsed out sink strainer....No olives but a lemon rind. Sigh, poker was on and these apparently was the strength of the bartender she said she had been to Vegas and played in that same building...sigh
So I bid everyone goodnight and left.....
