Kankuro had stumbled his way into the caravan of crowds, popcorn and one hell of a good time. Theater's were always one of his favorite past times to raid when he was bored or lonely. If he found the right family to parade in with then it was an open door for free food and using their youngest child as bait. That gigantic Sabaku grin on his face, Kankuro plowed through the crowd eyeing down all the small children and the parents attached.

That was until he ran into the oversized bald tank and landed himself on the floor from unstable footing. His face twitched as he hit the ground, that upper lip quivering as his eyes adjusted to the bright lights around, finding his attention on the busty brunette in front of him. He grinned.

Continuing to peruse the movie choices, Hinata was torn between two different ones and very nearly asked a nearby security guard for their opinion when she heard a sudden commotion nearby. Blinking down at the person who seemed to have stumbled near her, Hinata reached down to offer him a hand up. He looked sort of familiar but she knew that she didn't actually know him. Maybe it was the giant smile that made her feel comfortable but she wasn't sure.

Noticing the security guard was looking over at them, Hinata vaguely wondered what was going on. Maybe somebody had tried something stupid? She shrugged it off since it obviously didn't concern her and smiled slightly. "Um, do you need any help getting up?"

Kankuro took hold of the pale girl's hand, his own engulfing it with it's sheer size and his tough boy image. The security guard glared down ready push the boy out the door the minute he got up.

"I know what you're trying tough guy, and I won't have it in this theater. Get out!" he said his fist clenching showing Kankuro just how serious he was.

Kankuro laughed, that grin staying plastered on his face. His arm wrapped around the brunette, tugging her closer before whispering quietly in her ear to play along.

Mocking shock, Kankuro kept his grip on the girl, tight yet gentle as she looked about ready to snap in two. She was so damn short and small---it was kind of cute actually. "Was just looking for my girl," he said casually as if that were his reasoning for hunting through the crowd just moments earlier.

When Kankuro took her hand Hinata gave a valiant tug, not realizing the sheer size difference between the two of them. When he finally stood up and the security guard spoke she was startled, wondering what exactly this man was trying.

Blinking in shock, she blushed brightly when she felt the guy she had just helped up wrap his arm around her shoulders and lean in close. Squeezing his fingers slightly to show she understood, Hinata nodded.

"I..I'm sorry sir, did we do something wrong? I was just trying to decide what movie we should see..." She bit her lower lip, hoping this guys wasn't trying to pick up on her.

Smiling shyly, she could feel her face heating up more as the security guard continued to stare. Instinctively burying her face against the shoulder that was so close to her, Hinata squeaked softly. "I..I almost thought you wouldn't find me...I knew I sh..should have worn my heels."

She wasn't a very good liar, but didn't understand why this poor guy was getting picked on.

That grin stayed on his face, looking over to the security guard with pure innocence. Or as innocent as Kankuro could look without appearing devious---which was hardly ever

Doing her best to ignore the security guard, Hinata really wished she knew the name of this man who was acting so familiar with her. She was trying hard not to appear nervous and could tell people knew

Kankuro looked towards the list, the wheels in his head turning as fast as they could possibly go---which in reality was about the pace of a snail at the moment. He tilted his head to the side, lips contorting in a thoughtful position. Head tilt to the opposite side. He wasn't a musical kind of guy. Watching Johnny Depp prance around in sing song wasn't exactly an ideal favorite. Though it did have blood and it would be worth laughing at. With a curt nod he grinned wide finally having made his worthy decision. Who could pass up a freebie anyway?

His arm still rested around her waist as he looked down, dark eyes meeting her milky ones. Oh hell what was up with this chick's eyes? Smirk. It was kinda sexy.

"I Am Legend sounds interesting enough. I promise if it gets too scary, you have permission to hang on tightly," he replied with a mischievous grin. By that time the security guard had slipped down the line a little eyes still on them as the ticket handler gave them their tickets

After what seemed like far too long and uncomfortable a wait her 'date' for the movie finally made his decision. 'At least he picked something I was debating seeing anyway..' Hinata nodded, smiling up at him as she pulled her wallet out of her pocketbook and paid the person selling the tickets. She wondered if he was going to make her pay for snacks as well. Taking a deep breath, she hoped he would finally let go of her. either way, at least she was finally away from that security guard. He was kind of creepy

"Kankuro" he replied with a smug grin and an arm wrap around her shoulders.

"Oh I'm going with you doll," he said with confidence. Hot girl. Nice tits and milky eyes. She was on the innocent side which could be fun to bounce around. Girls like this were always easy to manipulate, completely different from his ex that had him high on a marionette string.

"Ah, um, nice to meet you, Kankuro. Did you want a snack?"

She stiffened again as him arm wrapped around her shoulders, blinking at the fact that he called her 'doll'. "I um...popcorn, and soda. And how about you find seats and I'll get you a something? Yes." Moving quickly, she wriggled out from under his arm, making a beeline for the concession stand.

With a big grin Kankuro took hold of his ticket and had no problems with maneuvering his way towards the theater. He was about halfway out of her line of vision when he stopped before running his way up towards her again.

"Large drink, plenty of caffeine," he said with a nudge to her side. It had been a while since he'd gorged on a coke full of sodium, sugar and everything else he wasn't supposed to have or just had been deprived from with the last girl. He desperately wanted a coke. Not too much, he was actually starting to get used to this slim and trim look he'd uncovered under all the baggy clothes and little baby fat.

Sighing softly, Hinata pulled more money from her wallet and situated herself in line. The gall! The utter gall of that Kankuro! To think, she could be enjoying a movie by herself without all the embarrassment...well actually, this was kind of less embarrassing.

"O..Ok, sure." Hinata nodded to show she heard him, shaking her head slightly as she got to the head of the line. "A large popcorn with butter, a medium 7UP, and a large Coke please." She grabbed the stuff and paid, heading into the theater to find her 'date'.

Kankuro made his way into the theater room, shoving his way past the little kids and the adults that yelled a few obscenities for the "rude" behavior.

Up the stairs and around the corner he found the perfect spot. The back.. Dim lights, hardly anyone on that top row, absolutely perfect. He sat down with a loud squeak to the seat, adjusting it and moving around until he was comfortable. Wide grin.

Arms outstretched on the seats around him as he propped his feet up on the seat in front, causing a squeal from the young boy that inhabited it.

Hinata stood down at the bottom of the theater, looking around for Kankuro. She was not surprised to spot him sitting all the way in the back, knowing on some level that's where the 'bad boys' sat.

Apologizing to people as she made her way to the seat, she smiled slightly at him, handing him the soda. "Here, and if you like we can split the popcorn."

She was doing her best to be calm about all of this, but it was somewhat difficult considering.
