Kenpachi cleared his throat, looking at the assembled group. It wasn't quite as many as he'd hoped for, but there was a decent number. "'kay. Fer most o' ya, this is kinda new. I'll cover tha basics, an' if more people wander in they can catch up on it later by talkin' wi' ya guys."

"Basically, there's a bunch o' people in tha town tha' 're more concerned wi' their company 'r their political standin's than anythin' else, an' 're willin' ta hurt anyone not part o' their group ta get wha' they want. Tha's why Hummers've been driven inta buildin's, why buildin's've been blown up, an' why a kidnappin' took place."

He frowned for a moment, trying to seem and be organized. He didn't consider himself a public speaker, but this group was here because of him and Tifa, and he needed to explain stuff to them. He owed it to them, since they were here. "All o' ya know who I am, 'cept fer Botan. Tha reason I'm so invested in this is tha' I saw my daughter get kidnapped, an' had ta try ta find resources an' people ta get her back. Didn't have anythin' set up, an' was meetin' wi' opposition 'r lack o' help from all o' tha official channels. Got her back, wi' help from a few here: Shizuru, Tifa, an' Miroku." He pointed at each in turn as he named them. "From wha' I've seen, there're bound ta be more attacks an' things in tha city, so we might as well have some group o' people we know we can rely on ta help deal wi' tha problems. An', wi' a decent amount o' people in a decent amount o' places, we can possibly hear some warnin's before stuff happens, an' prepare fer it."

Now for the tricky bit. "We may not always follow tha law completely. Wha' makes us different from Aizen's group 'r criminals, which they might well end up bein', is tha' our concern is helpin' people. We don't want credit, we don't need ta bring others ta justice. We're here ta help an' protect. Now, if ya got a problem wi' breakin' tha law fer those reasons, don't gotta leave. But ya gotta lemme know, so we know when we can call on ya, an' when we shouldn't call on ya. Huh. Ain't sure wha' else ta say. Any questions?"
